How I Quit Coffee

No, you didn't misread that. I have been loyal coffee drinker since I was 14. First it was black with two sweet and lows. Then it was add some soy milk. And by my college years it was add like, ten shots of espresso please! Recently I went on vacation with my boyfriend (I included a photo of us on vacation just because) and I decided to ditch coffee for those ten days. When we got back, I figured I'd just keep going. AND, strangely my mid-day headaches and tiredness went away. AND, even weirder I have more energy than I did before!  Now I start my morning with the ridiculously easy lemon water recipe below. And every once in a while I stand in the middle of a coffee shop because I can quit the coffee, but never that smell.
