So, I'm not going to lie. I'm pretty unhealthy. I don't eat breakfast. Every doctor I've ever seen has told me I should. "It's the most important meal of the day" and all that. But here is the thing, I LOVE dinner. And I eat so much of dinner that I'm still full when I wake up! However, here and there I'll scarf down a little something in the morning. Like this morning when I scrambled whatever I had in the fridge and made it into a meal.
