A few handfuls Kale, Torn
2-3 Pre-Cooked Beets, Sliced (any color, I just chose red)
3 Stems of Hearts of Palm, Sliced
1/2 Avocado, Chopped
6 Slices Beyond Chicken, Chopped
Dressing of Choice (I use any Follow Your Heart dressing)
2. Chop the beets, slice the hearts of palm, chop the avocado, chop the chicken, and throw all in bowl.
3. Put in a tupperware and take to work.
4. Add dressing and eat.
